Mardi Gras
One of the city's largest and most popular events, Carnaval attracts
a multitude of national and international visitors. Experience

Cars, trucks, motorcycles and ATVs compete in a challenging desert
race in the San Felipe area. Fri. is tech inspection from 10am-6pm on the
waterfront malecon. Sat. is race start (6am for motorcycles and ATVs, 7:30am
for 4-wheel vehicles) at the San Felipe arches. Awards are Sat. at 9pm
