If you go further then Ensenada or San Felipe, the new 150 pesos multy-entry Tourist card is required , best to get it at the border at the secondary inspection, you have to pay the fee at a bank (there is alway's one close to Imigration at ports of entries) , if the banks are closed, as on weekends, you have 4 days to pay at any bank, you can also get a Tourist card and pay in Guerrero Negro. but if the bank is closed you have to wait until it is open, will keep you posted.
