and Mountain View Properties
Because
the landscape at El Dorado Ranch gently slopes from the Sea of Cortez
towards the foothills, almost all of our lots have both sea and mountain
views. We offer an exceptional value for those wishing to acquire
a lot on our property. Lot prices range from under $18,000
to $30,000. These lots are immediately suitable for home
building, have road access, and are located in one of our developed subdivisions
which are regularly maintained. Each subdivision is governed by
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which are in place to maintain
a desired standard within each community.
Depending on
which community you select, your lot will be located from 1.5 to 3.75
miles from the beach. We have over 12 different communities
to select from. And each community has different attributes.

Lot sizes range
from 82' x 82' to 164' x 222'. Adjacent lots can be purchased
as well if available. While we are the largest solar community in
North America, we do offer electric sites as well. Financing is
also available.
Most homes
built at El Dorado Ranch cost in the range of only $40-$50 per square
foot to construct. You have your choice of hiring your own builder,
building your home yourself, or hiring El Dorado Ranch's construction
company, Mi Casita, to do it for you. You may elect
to build an environmentally friendly straw bale home or one of traditional
building materials. The choice is yours.

Home Sites "on the
golf course"
In
addition to lots in the El Dorado Ranch home communities, we will be offering
extraordinary opportunities in our latest development, the San Felipe
Beach Club. This project will be situated on a 266 acre parcel of
land adjacent to the El Dorado Ranch Beach and Tennis Club.
A 240 all
suite hotel resort with spa, time share, a 9-hole golf course, 160 condominiums
and 500 home sites will be made available. The property is located
next to the El Dorado Beach and Tennis Club right on the shores of the
beautiful Sea of Cortez.
