About 1979 Sr R Valdez and later the Owners of most houses formed a Homeowner association and have kind of there own zoning rules to protect the value of there homes. In 1986 Mr Robert Rieger helped promoting the idea of renting out vacation homes, VILLAS. In 1996 SIDEK a Mexican Corporation bought about 2/3 rd's of the property. At this time there are 200+ homes in 2 sections, one is named Mission San Diego with homes located bordering the ocean bluff and a bit further in from the ocean. The other, Mission Todos Santos, with some homes bordering some of the 3 golf courses is located more inland. </font></b>
