Reservations and payments:

Reservations are suggested as far in advance as possible to assure confirmation
of the air space and hotel selected.

A deposit of $150.00 per person is required from the date of confirmation.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to date of departure.

Reservations made within 21 days of departure are subject to special
fees at client’s expense.

All documents will be forwarded 14 days prior to departure.
Form of payment:

Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted for payment.

When using credit cards, Baja Motion Tours requires client’s signature
for the total charges and billing address be sent prior to release of documents.
Responsibility:

Baja Motion Tours acts only in the capacity of agent for passengers
in all matters relating to travel, whether by railroad, steamship, motor
car, airplane, or any other means, and as such is free of responsibility
for day, loss, or accident occasioned by the fault of negligence of any
person of company entrusted with such service, of whatever cause.

Baja Motion Tours shall not be responsible for loss of time, hotel accommodations
or other services received and paid for due to flight delay or cancellations.

The airlines concerned and all other carriers used are not to be held
responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers
are not on board their plane or conveyance.

The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned when and if
issued, shall constitute the sole contract the airlines and the purchaser
of these tours, and/or the passengers.

Baja Motion Tours reserves the right to change any arrangements herein
set forth should it deem necessary to do so, offering substitutions of
equal value.

The right is reserved to decline or accept any person or persons as
members of these tours. All reservations are on request.

Your reservation will be confirmed within 72 hours.

All rates are subject to availability.

Some restrictions may apply.

If your reservation cannot be confirmed at the rate quoted, you will
not be charged.

You will have the option to substitute, pay the slightly higher rate,
or cancel all together.
If booking within 45 days, full payment is required. Cancellation
penalties do apply.
