    Cancelation & Refund policy: The reservation must be canceled by the person that  made the original reservation. Date of cancellation is when we receive notice of cancellation. All negotiable documents must be returned before refunds can be processed. Once we received moneys on reservations, up until 7 days prior to arrival a $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed, to cover nonrevoverable expenses levied by hotel, plus any other charges from other suppliers. No refunds for cancelations less than 8 days in advance of arrival .

Baja Web Hotels & Tours cannot and does not assume any liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property of whatever nature incurred by the traveler for whatever reason.
