whales in Ensenada's Todos Santos Bay as they migrate from the cold northern waters
of the Arctic toward their warm breeding grounds along the central Pacific coast

Carnaval “Ritmo y Sabor”-- Ensenada's Mardi Gras One of the city's
most popular events, Carnaval attracts a multitude of national and international
visitors. Experience the rhythm and flavor of Mexican Mardi
Gras while enjoying lavish parades of floats and costumed dancers, regional
foods and libations, games and rides, live entertainment and dancing in the streets!
Most festivities take place in central Ensenada along Av. Ruiz and Parque Revolucion.
